These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lunyb, operated by MYTRACKHOLDING LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Lunyb, you agree to these Terms.
You agree to use Lunyb only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
Access to some features may require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled directly by MYTRACKHOLDING LLC through our secure payment infrastructure. By starting a subscription, you authorize MYTRACKHOLDING LLC to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, navigating to Account Settings, and clicking on "Cancel Subscription".
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our internal policies and applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
Lunyb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYTRACKHOLDING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Lunyb after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, United States. MYTRACKHOLDING LLC is the legal entity responsible for operating this service.

Certain offers include a printed book (such as The 2026 Internet Guide) shipped to the postal address you confirm at checkout. Printed books are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment center and ship free of charge within the United States. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address; we are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
Where an offer bundles a printed book with digital access, the digital service is available immediately after payment and the book ships separately. Delivery timelines, returns, and refunds for printed books are described in our Delivery Policy and Refund Policy.
When you submit your mobile number during account setup, you agree to receive transactional text messages from LUNYB about your account. Messages may include activation codes, app download instructions, order and payment confirmations, refund or cancellation updates, activation reminders, and customer-care replies.
